Looking for a bright, versatile space for your next rehearsal, class, or shoot? Our studio is available to rent by the hour or day. With full-length mirrors, natural light, hardwood floors, and an open layout, it’s perfect for dance, fitness, content creation, and more.

Non-Peak (Monday-Friday Until 6pm)

1 Person — $22/hr

2 People — $30/hr

3 People — $38/hr

4 People — $46/hr

5 - 6 People — $60/hr

7–10 People — $69/hr

11–35 People — $75/hr

Peak (Monday-Friday After 6pm, Saturday/Sunday)

1–2 People — $35/hr

3 People — $43/hr

4 People — $51/hr

5- 6 People — $64/hr 

7–10 People — $76/hr

11–35 People — $85/hr
