methodz of madzness

Summer Company is a two-month season running July and August with one rehearsal per week. As a member you'll train, create, and perform alongside a focused group of dancers under the direction of Madz Alexander. The season is built around producing performance work, dance visuals, and professional content; so you leave with real credits, real footage, and real experience.

Life happens, we get it. We ask that you communicate absences in advance and come to every rehearsal you can. Because we are building work together, consistent attendance matters and directly impacts the group. If you know you have a conflict during the season, note it in your application so we can plan accordingly. This is an 8-week program and we expect members to attend a minimum of 6 rehearsals, if you know you'll be out for a large portion of the summer, this may not be the right fit right now.

Auditions for Summer Company are online! Just submit your form along with a link to a video or Instagram page that best represents your movement. We'll be in touch with next steps. The sooner you apply, the better, as spots are limited.

Summer company will be $90 per month or $180 total for the summer. In return, you receive professional training, performance opportunities, dance film and visual credits, and professional photography. You'll also be first in line for any paid opportunities that come through Methodz and 20% of everything Methodz related (classes, merch, space rental, etc)!
